Michael Ward | Founder & CEO Michael Ward defines his leadership through the lens of a 12-year U.S. Army veteran. Having led teams of up to 300 soldiers and served in the Middle East, Michael thrives in high-pressure environments that demand "outside-the-box" innovation and mission-critical precision.

Before founding PlastiBioFuel, Michael spent 9 years at TAC Energy, where he mastered the complexities of fuel logistics, supply arbitrage, and bio-blends for a network of 1,000+ carriers. This frontline experience gave him a deep understanding of the global energy supply chain and the tactical gaps within the green energy market.

Today, Michael is a self-taught innovator in biochemistry and chemical engineering, combining his logistics expertise with a relentless drive for cleantech. Currently pursuing a Finance degree at the University of North Texas (3.7 GPA), he is applying the same discipline that guided his military service to the science of sustainability. Michael is dedicated to building a cleaner future by leading PlastiBioFuel toward lab-scale proof-of-concept and beyond.
